Eligibility & access
You may use HechosaTop if you are at least 18 years old and can legally enter into this agreement. We may restrict access if required by law.
Educational use only
All market data, charts, alerts, and paper trading tools are for educational and informational purposes. HechosaTop does not execute trades and does not custody assets.
Market data and delays
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Exchange-specific delays are labeled in the app. Data sources are listed in Settings.
Alerts and notifications
Price alerts and volatility notifications are informational only. You are responsible for how you use alert data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse HechosaTop services. Automated scraping or resale of data is prohibited without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HechosaTop and its affiliates are not liable for any losses related to market decisions or reliance on app data.
